We cover all related expenses — insurance, packaging, logistics, and customs clearance. You don’t need to worry about anything: we handle your order from start to finish until it arrives at your doorstep.

Delivery
Payment is made to the company’s bank account after the official invoice is issued. You can purchase the entire collection or select individual items — the minimum order amount is 2000 euros (or 2300 USD).
Once full payment is received, we take care of the packaging, document processing, and shipping the goods to your address. All associated costs, including transportation, insurance, and customs clearance, are covered by us.
If a vase is damaged during transit (cracked, broken, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To process a return, we require photos and videos of the damaged item. Once the damage is confirmed, we will fully refund the cost of the item.
In other cases, products can be returned or exchanged, but all associated costs are to be covered by the buyer.
