How to Start Working With Us:
How to Start Working With Us:
- To place an order, a cooperation agreement must be signed.
- Once the details are confirmed, we will issue an invoice for payment.
- We operate through two legal entities — one in the USA and another in Montenegro. All vases are sourced in France.
- All shipments are fully insured. In the event of damage during transit, we will provide a full refund.
- Free shipping is offered on orders of 5 vases or more.
- For orders fewer than 5 vases, the shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
- We cover all broker fees and customs clearance processes.
- We are actively growing our social media presence and direct customers to our partner shops — your store will benefit from increased visibility.
- You are also welcome to send us personalized requests — we will source vintage vases from European flea markets tailored to the aesthetic and concept of your studio.
Collaboration Terms
Payment is made to the company’s bank account after the official invoice is issued. You can purchase the entire collection or select individual items.
Once full payment is received, we take care of packaging, document processing, shipping the goods to your address, as well as all customs duties.
If a vase is damaged during transit (cracked, broken, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To process a return, we require photos and videos of the damaged item. Once the damage is confirmed, we will fully refund the cost of the item.
For the exchange or return of unsold goods, you have 60 days from the date of receipt at your store. If you wish to return the item, all associated costs must be covered by the buyer.
